Our Story
After having been in the industry for 20 years and working for various companies Alex Thompson decided to establish a property maintenance business that would be unequaled in its delivery of a top-tier service to customers from the moment they pick up the phone to enquire all the way through to the booking and completion of their job. This means putting the customer first at every step of the way, clear communication, excellent customer service, premiere workmanship, transparency in pricing and just generally going that extra mile for customers. We are proud to say that through hard work and dedication this aim has been realised and we now have a company delivering the highest quality of workmanship to customers nationwide.
The ethos at Plumbfast is simple: Get there fast and do the job right. Nothing less than excellence is acceptable to us here at Plumbfast and this is drilled into our engineers from the get-go. We aim to be the go-to company for home maintenance in the UK and look forward to continually serving the community with the highest of standards that they so deserve.
